Shipping Policy:

We ship anywhere within the United States.We do offer free US ground shipping for orders $100 or more. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. We are not responsible for ANY delays whatsoever. The US Postal Service and or UPS is responsible for items once they have shipped. Please contact them directly if you have any issues with lost or damaged packages, and problems with tracking. Please allow 1-4 days for your tracking info to updated. All shipments have tracking that will be emailed to the address we have on file for you. We cannot be responsible for packages that say delivered and have not been received. If this happens please reach out to the carrier directly. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Make sure the address you provide is the correct one. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses and or undelivered packages. If you realize once your order is placed that the address is incorrect please contact us immediately at bhsouthern.roots.704@gmail.com. We will try our very best to get the address changed, but we cannot guarantee that we can change it before shipping.
