Refund policy

At this time, we cannot accept exchanges on any items, due to the demand of products. However, we do offer a digital gift card if you would like to return the item. Below are the qualifications if you would like to return. You will only be given a digital gift card for the price of the product. No shipping and handling fees will be refunded.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. To qualify for a return ALL items MUST BE in the condition you received it in. It should be unused, with tags still attached, unaltered, no smells on the clothing of any kind (perfume or smoke), no stains or spots(deodorant and makeup) , and no physical damage to the item.You also must have some form of proof of purchase. If we receive the item with ANY of these blemishes you WILL NOT receive a online credit.

To start a return, please email us at bhsouthern.roots.704@gmail.com. Once we have received your email, we will respond and then you will be able to proceed to ship back to us at the provided address below. If we are not contacted before you ship your items back they will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.We recommend if it is a higher priced item to consider using a shipping method that is track-able. We are not guaranteed to receive the item. When we receive your package, we will inspect the item to make sure the item has none of the above blemishes. If approved for a return, you will be emailed a digital gift card within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item to use on any future purchases. If you do not qualify for a return we will email you to let you know. If we have received the item, and you are not qualified, you are responsible for a $5 shipping fee to have it shipped back to you. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of being notified that your item did not qualify, the item will then be donated.

If there is a problem or defect with your order please contact us within 4 days of receiving to inform us of the issue. When contacting us please make sure that you include a photo of the defect/damaged item. If we are not contacted within the time frame, then we are no longer responsible for the damage. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to improper care, or incorrect sizing. Product photos on our website may vary to the exact coloring of the item due to indoor lighting, computer resolutions, and clothing patterns. These do not qualify as defects and the customer must pay the $5 shipping fee to return if they wish to do so.

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.

Final sale items and items that cannot be returned to us include: Gift cards, sale items, clearance items, holiday items, jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, hats, leggings, and if you used a 30% off or more coupon on your purchase.
